Job Description
- Responsible Direct Material of Oversea
- Confirm delivery with Oversea supplier
- Summary forecast with supplier
- Negotiate price
- Update new product project & time line
- Compare Price up & price down report
- Co-ordinate reject of import material
- Follow the management of input follow FSSC request
- Add vender and update price in system
- Summary Monthly Report / Cost down report
- Co-ordinate with shipping vender for clearance
Qualifications
- Male / Female, age over 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree International Business Administration or other related fields
- Experienced in Purchasing abroad for at least 2 years
- Good communication skills in English
- Able to use computer program MS Office well
- Knowledge of quality systems related to food factories Halal GMP, HACCP ,FSSC, BRC
- Experience in purchasing a food factory will be an advantage
Job Description :
- Creating an annual export sales plan for existing and prospective customers in the territory assigned.
- Expanding the business and distritribution in as exsisting market and asigned such Laos, Cambodia ,Malaysia , Singapore ,..ect
- To coordinate and communicate with existing and new customers for daily works and helping when customers have a problems.
- To improve and build shop-coverage and expansion sales growth in the assigned territory.
- Keep strong relationship and partnership with each customer
- To propose the new price, PL and new product to existing and new customers.
- To present product information and inform necesscery data to customers including to create new ideas or NPD to suite with market
- To prepare and monitor monthly and annual budget.
- To present monthly report and vital information to the management.
- To forecast monthly purchase order to D&S and factories.
- To check and approve shipping document, payment slip (logistic expenses).
- To find, acquired new prospective customers in a target market.
- Take care customer and market based on assignment
- Co-operating with exporter and handle all import activities
- Studying new import project (import regulation, the pricing, registration, freight charge, documentation)
- Co-operating with Marketing team and domestic sales team for new import product , launching plan , schedule
- Co-operating and with all related and purchasing team about cost , import , repack , warehouse , storage , Shipping , vessel
- To support all related product information , documentation , necesscery information to sales team
- Co-operating label detail with R&D and designer
- Handle import and export 3rd countries ( Triangle shipments)
- Co-operating with Financial about summary import cost , and bill expense
- System operation process
Qualifications :
- Male / Female age between 25-36 years old
- Bachelor Degree or Higher in Business Administration or Marketing
- Experience 2-5 years in domestic sales / export sales or marketing (FMCG is preferable)
- Good command in English
- Computer literacy
- Strong in negiating, sales skill , decision making, analytical skill is a must
- Understanding and be able to analyze data, market situation
Job Description :
- Conduct the work process to meet up the time line, with high accuracy.
- Organize plan of New project and Investment of New Machine.
- Responsible to control schedule and operation process of New project ( Improvement machine, Increase productivity, Reduce loss and New machine)
- Analyze Machine operation data and make the plan for improve.
- Coordinating with related external and internal such as Production and QC/QA Team which are involved to make it success as planned and be effective.
Qualifications :
- Male or Female, age Over 30 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronic Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Electronic Engineer or any related field.
- Minimum 3 years in Manufacturing experience
- Good command in English - speaking, writing , listening
- Computer literacy
- Strong Leadership skill, analytical skills
- Have skill of PLC program, AutoCAD and Solid Work
- Have experience working in Food Company or relating Food Company.
